3.當您至其他醫院或診所就醫時,請攜帶您的用藥卡,它可以讓醫生知道你目前正在使用的藥物,可以避免藥物重覆及交互作用的產生

When you go to other hospital or clinics, please take this card. It shows all the information of medicines that you take. It could let the doctors know what the medicines you take so far. And hope it would avoid some medicines used repeatly and drug interaction .

=> When you go to other hospitals or clinics to see the doctors, please take this medication card with you. All medications you have been taking, recorded on this card . Showing the card to doctors could let them know more about your medication history to avoid the similar medicines to be used at the same time and prevent some undesired the drugs' interaction from occurring.
